Numerous events, symposia, exhibitions, and meetings took place to commemorate this important milestone and emphasize the significance of Krakow&#8217;s cultural heritage.\u00a0Celebratory symposium took place on September 7th to 8th. Vilnius was represented by D. Armakauskaite, Head of Cultural Heritage Division and G. Rutkauskas, Director of Vilnius Old Town Renewal Agency. G. Rutkauskas gave a presentation \u201eVilnius: 700 years in Europe and 30 years in UNESCO World Heritage list.<br \/>\nDuring symbolic inauguration of the Europa Nostra Heritage Hub discussions about development of relationship between heritage and society were moderated by Prof. Jacek Purchla and Sne\u0161ka Quaedvilieg-Michailovi\u010d, Secretary General of Europa Nostra.
