The seminar took place from 20th to 22nd November, at the Vilnius Old Town Renewal Agency. It was designed to meet the needs of planners and managers working at or collaborating with UNESCO designated areas or other (cultural and\/or natural) heritage sites. <strong>Valya Stergioti<\/strong>, an interpretive consultant, planner and trainer was facilitating all training activities. The seminar\u2019s training methodology was based on the principles used by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/interpret-europe.net\/\">Interpret Europe<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 the European Association on Heritage Interpretation throughout its certification courses: a plethora of hands-on activities, based on real life examples and practice on participants\u2019 own experiences and sites.<br \/>\n14 managers from Lithuanian world heritage sites took part: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kernave.lt\/en\/\">Kernave State Cultural Reserve<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/nerija.lrv.lt\/en\/\">Curonian Spit National Park<\/a>, Public Enterprise \u201eKaunas IN\u201c, Vilnius Old Town Renewal Agency, plus \u017duvintas Biosphere Reserve (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unesco.org\/en\/mab\">UNESCO\u00a0 &#8220;Man and the Biosphere Programme&#8221;<\/a>).
