New projects:
"Summer Camp for Children 2010“ and „Vilnius City Self-government and the Town Hall"

In the second half of 2010 Vilnius Old Town Renewal Agency has got additional financial support for two new projects. Project "Vilnius City Self-government and the Town Hall" has got 10 000 LTL from the Lithuanian Cultural Support Fund. Project "Summer Camp for Children" has got 1000 LTL from Vilnius City Municipality.

35 children will take part in activities of the Summer Camp. Children will be from Day centres of Pilaites and Antakalnio, also from the Aid Service for Dependent Persons. Excursions in the Old Town, excursions in museums and demonstrations of crafts in the workshops will be organised during the programme of the Camp. One day (22nd of July) will be appointed for individual children from 7 to 15 years old who spend their summer holidays in Vilnius. The excursion "Vilnius from the Town Hall to the Gate of Dawn" will be organised for the children.
