Lectures “How to act during extreme situations”

When extreme situations arise, we need very specific solutions: do we really know where to go, what to take with us, and how to help others when normal order breaks down and a fire, flood, storm, or threat of war occurs? We invite you to a series of events organized by the Vilnius Old Town Renewal Agency, where we will learn: how to recognize disinformation, not get lost among false messages, maintain critical thinking, and make decisions that may affect not only our personal safety but also that of those around us. By strengthening the community to which we belong, let’s start with ourselves. Meetings with professionals in their respective fields will help us understand our own behavior and consciously change it before it becomes necessary. The series “How to act during extreme situations” are intended for residents of the Old Town, employees of institutions located in the historic part of the city, public sector workers, heritage site managers, teachers, and community activists.
LOCATION: Meetings will take place at Stiklių g. 4, Vilnius. Lectures are in Lithuanian language. List of lectures is available here: https://www.vsaa.lt/naujienos/
REGISTRATION REQUIRED: vsaagentura@gmail.com
SOME SESSIONS WILL BE TRANSLATED INTO LITHUANIAN SIGN LANGUAGE. The venues are wheelchair accessible.
